They go through Cloudflare's AI Gateway to Anthropic's Claude, which writes the answer, and are used to answer you and to improve the helper. The gateway logs only details of these requests, such as the model, their size and timing, in our Cloudflare account, never the question or the answer. We do not store them in our database.

Network addresses and device ids are stored only as one-way keyed codes, never in readable form, and expired counts are deleted automatically.

Sign-in codes are kept only as one-way codes and expire after 15 minutes. A buyer sees the contributing farmers' names and villages, never their phone numbers; a farmer sees the cooperative's job, never the buyer's business or address.
